Per international digital content regulations, once a report is generated the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
The following are platform errors — we guarantee a full refund:
• Payment succeeded but the report was never generated (blank page / server error)
• Duplicate charge on the same order
• Payment anomaly caused by a platform system failure
• The report was generated but you are unsatisfied with the content
• The report does not match personal expectations
• A refund is requested after partial reading
• The wrong product was selected by user error

• A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no paid features have been used
• After 7 days no refunds apply, but you may cancel renewal at any time — the current period stays active until it ends
